Resilient Point is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that officially stood up in February 2013 to become a leading provider of Cyber Security solutions.  A lot has happened since February and our vision for Resilient Point is already becoming a reality.  Resilient Point recently acquired the most secure wireless technology solutions in use today!  Our secure wireless solutions are in-place at multiple Intelligence Community (IC) agencies and accredited for enterprise use to the Top Secret/SCI level.

Together our extremely capable and dedicated leadership team represents over 40 years of Uniformed Military Service and over 12 years of corporate executive experience.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Marcus Board is a retired Air Force serviceman who supported the National Security Agency, Air Force Cryptological Office and Air Force (AF) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency serving in various capacities including but not limited to Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Budget Analyst, and Comptroller.  Mr. Board received numerous medals and citations during his 20 years of service.  Mr. Board earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from National Louis University.

Mr. Board is the owner of both Premier Management Corp and Resilient Point, as well as being very active in the community.  He was recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award from the YMCA.

Mr. Board launched Resilient Point in February 2013 to become a leading provider of Cyber Security solutions. Mr. Board has worked tirelessly to create a company in which honesty, loyalty, dedication, and quality service are synonymous. His primary focus is business development and ensuring that Resilient Point stands ready to help the nation win the Cyber war.

Director, Eastern Region


Our Director, Eastern Region, Jonathan Hobdy – is a retired Air Force serviceman.  He retired in June 2013 after 24 years of active duty service.  Mr. Hobdy served in various Information Technology leadership positions where his teams flawlessly executed their system administration and information assurance missions at the highest classification levels of U. S. Department of Defense and NATO networks. He spent the last 21 years overseas in Japan, England, and Spain in support of National Security Agency, Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency, and most recently NATO.

Mr. Hobdy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Hobdy has a heart for the community and received the 2013 Alumni Community Service Award from the University of Phoenix Alumni Association.

Mr. Hobdy is responsible for supporting the CEO in developing, executing, and managing Resilient Point’s business development, with a particular emphasis on operational and program execution, and business infrastructure.

Phil Corrick

Site Lead, DISA


Our DISA Site Lead, Mr. Phil Corrick, has more than 13 years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) communications and information assurance programs. Lead Information Systems Security Officer on the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) program for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).  In-depth working knowledge of the JRSS information assurance practices and Risk Management Framework guidelines and procedures. Authored much of DISA JRSS’s Information Assurance (IA) and Cyber Security documentation.

Mr. Corrick is a Bachelor’s of Science candidate in Health Sciences, a degree plan that he started during his service time with the U. S. Navy and has certifications that include:

  • CompTIA Security+
  • Master Training Specialist (MTS)
  • Information Dominance Warfare Specialist

At Resilient Point...

  • Leads the ISSO team in developing, executing and maintaining a full-scope IA program by following the latest NIST guidelines for implementing comprehensive enterprise Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages.
  • Successfully executing the RMF process for the program, providing Assessment and Authorization support for all JRSS systems; initiating the RMF accreditation effort by working directly with the ISSM and PM, and other system stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the assessment of RMF security controls, and managing six separate authorization packages within eMASS.
  • Creating the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) documentation, and artifacts associated with implementation of IA controls.
